SAE de Huerta de Ciruelas (Spanish)
A “quick curriculum” (SAE) resource built around a short video of a student, John, describing his supervised agricultural experience working in a prune orchard. Through five worksheet-based activities students explore the SAE, the history of the California dried plum industry, the prune production process, the nutritional benefits of prunes, and related agricultural career focus areas. It includes student worksheets and an answer key.
