This is a LifeKnowledge Advanced High School FFA leadership lesson (AHS.28) on assessing the strengths of others. Students learn the value of expecting the best from others, how to identify the talents and personalities needed to accomplish a task, and the theory of multiple intelligences, personality types, and learning styles. The lesson includes interest approaches, teaching strategies, transparency masters, student activity sheets, and an assessment with answer key.
