#SpeakAg Dialogues | How should America prioritize its farmland?

A panel discussion hosted by the National FFA Organization’s #SpeakAg Dialogues series, where representatives from Cargill, Iroquois Bioenergy, and Merck Animal Health debate how America should prioritize farmland among food, feed, and fuel production. The panelists discuss corn yields, biofuels, food security, comparative advantage, free trade, and land-use policy, arguing that agricultural abundance and innovation may reduce the need to choose between competing uses. The session also coaches FFA students on advocacy skills, emphasizing how to communicate agriculture effectively by listening to questions and using tools like social media.
