Student Activity Sheet – Abby Wilkins – Beef Entrepreneurship SAE

A two-part student worksheet titled “Raising the Steaks.” Part 1 (“Raising the Steaks”) has students watch the video “Beef Entrepreneurship SAE” and answer questions about Abby’s beef cattle entrepreneurship SAE, including her FFA chapter, state, responsibilities, safety measures, and lessons learned. A second activity (“Four Cuts of Marketing”) has students identify the four pillars of marketing farm-to-plate products and brainstorm ideas for a farm-to-table business.
