Lesson 2 Product Spec Compliance – Student Activity Sheet
This is a student activity worksheet on Food Product Specification compliance. Students select one food item, study its nutritional label, deliberately alter the product to make it NOT in compliance, then write five True/False questions (with an answer key) about specification issues such as weight, labeling, fill level, packaging, and safety. Papers and food items are traded with a classmate, who records responses, building skills in identifying what could be wrong, unsafe, or different about a food product.
