Student Activity Sheets – Lesson Plan 1 Introduction

“My Career in Food Science” is a student activity packet that introduces learners to careers within the food science industry. Students watch a video on food science, research a food science career of their choice (education required, colleges offering it, daily tasks, and importance), prepare a short verbal presentation, connect careers to components of the Food Science CDE, and complete exit tickets. The packet includes a grading rubric for the presentation activity.
