Unit 5 Assessment

This is a Unit 5 sensory evaluation assessment in which students conduct a triangle test (recording which samples differ across five tests) and identify five common aromas, then answer reflection questions about the purpose of each process. It includes an answer key and teacher tips for preparing and administering the lab-based assessment.
