UV Bead Investigation
This is a hands-on activity station resource in which students learn about UV radiation and its effects on humans, then create a wearable bracelet by stringing UV-reactive beads onto a pipe cleaner. The activity demonstrates how the beads change color and intensity under different conditions such as direct sunlight, shade, greenhouse glass, and under soil.
