Wren, Jayden, Thomas, Vance, Alexys, Destiny, Hayden – School Garden and Hot Sauce SAE

“Hot Sauce Hustle” is an FFA lesson plan in which students explore entrepreneurship and school-based enterprises (SBEs) through a video about a real FFA chapter that turned its school garden into a hot sauce business. Working individually or in teams, students learn the components of a successful SBE, match community businesses to potential SBE ideas, and develop and pitch their own value-added agriculture product, connecting classroom learning to SAE opportunities.
