Your Role as an Executive Committee Member Activity

This is a leadership activity lesson plan in which FFA executive committee members/officers explore what it means to be a leader and define their own leadership role for their year of service. Participants brainstorm leadership characteristics, complete the “My Role” worksheet, review the general roles of officers from the Official FFA Handbook, and write personal definitions of their leadership role using the “Defining My Role” worksheet, followed by group sharing and reflection.
