Since launching last summer, we’ve:
- Strategic Plan kickoff with the FFA Board of Directors in May.
- Strategic Plan Steering Committee selected and engaged.
- Fieldwork and input gathering, including:
- 14 SWOT sessions across the FFA community over the summer.
- Student insights collected through delegate testimony and surveys.
- A review of organizational data, documents and trends.
- Synthesis of all input, resulting in nine key themes that will guide the next phase of strategy development.
- Next up: Strategy Mapping
The Senior Management Team began strategy mapping in December, using the themes to define goals that are clear, measurable and aligned to the organization’s future. - The Strategic Plan Steering Committee will help refine and approve the goals as we move into the next phase.
