Whitney Glazier | 2023 American Star in Agricultural Placement

Whitney Glazier, a member of the Lomega FFA chapter in Oklahoma, is the 2023 American Star in Agricultural Placement winner. Her SAE spanned working on her fifth-generation family farm in grain, forage, and beef cattle production, working at a mixed animal veterinary clinic, and conducting soybean and sorghum research at an Oklahoma State University agronomy station. She reflects on overcoming doubts about her ability to handle large machinery, the support of her family and ag advisors, and the lifelong value of FFA connections.
