Elizabeth Renner | 2016 American Star in Agriscience

Elizabeth Renner of Hartford, South Dakota, is the 2016 American Star in Agriscience winner, recognized for her research in aquatic ecology and environmental science. Her supervised agricultural experience ranged from studying herbicide effects on water fleas and beetles to conducting wetland mapping, stream habitat surveys, and soil sampling through partnerships with the USDA, Augustana University, and Kansas State University.
