1.15 All About Animals
“All About Animals” is Activity 1.15 from the Grow Your PALS Program Guide (National FFA Mentoring Program), part of the Teamwork unit. In this 30-minute activity, an FFA member brings a live animal to share with elementary-age PALS, leading a discussion about responsibility and how caring for an animal’s needs (food, water, and shelter) demonstrates responsibility. It concludes with connection questions linking animal care to responsibility in the students’ own lives.
