1 Plant ID

This is Lesson One: Plant Identification from Unit 1: Identification, a National FFA lesson plan for the Nursery/Landscape CDE. Students learn to identify common landscape trees, shrubs, and flowers and describe their distinguishing characteristics through a charades introduction, group research, plant ID card creation, and review games (including a Quizlet). The resource includes a 216-plant ID list, Plant ID Cards worksheet, and an Item ID List for the introductory activity.
