2.2 Matching the Job
This is a 50-minute lesson plan from the National FFA Organization that teaches students how to analyze job descriptions and tailor their resumes to match. Students read an article on decoding job advertisements, break down real agricultural job postings (ADM, AGCO, Valent), and enhance their own FFA Resume Generator resumes accordingly. The resource includes “Job Description Breakdown” and “Slogan/Logo Match” worksheets with answer keys.
