3.2 Customer Service and Sales (PowerPoint)

This is a lesson plan (Unit 3: Business Practices, Lesson Two) from the National FFA Organization that teaches students about customer service and sales within the nursery/landscape context. Students explore effective communication, buying behavior, the sales process, and damage control, then practice through a hands-on role-play activity in which they sell a favorite school supply to a classmate and respond to sales scenarios.
