3.4 Pricing Floral Arrangements

This is Lesson Four (“Pricing Floral Arrangements”) of the National FFA Organization’s Unit 3: Floral Design curriculum. Through a PowerPoint lecture, a “Calculating Prices” worksheet, and a hands-on itemized cost activity, students learn to convert bulk prices into individual unit prices, distinguish wholesale from retail pricing, apply ratio and percentage markups, and price a complete floral arrangement. The lesson is tied to the National FFA Floriculture CDE floral arrangement practicum.
