4.1 FFA Leadership Conferences
This FFA Programs lesson (FFA.OH.4.1) introduces students to FFA student-based leadership conferences. After an interest approach in which students draw and describe a dream destination, they work in groups to research an assigned conference (212° Conference, 360° Conference, or Washington Leadership Conference) and create a 30-second radio spot to promote it, then write a paragraph about which conference they would like to attend. A grading rubric for the radio advertisement is included.
