4.2 Job Interview Tips

This is a lesson plan (Lesson 2 in a job-readiness unit) from the National FFA Organization teaching students insider tips for succeeding in a job interview. Students watch interview-tip videos, learn and apply the STAR method for answering behavioral and situational questions, practice answering tricky interview questions, and conduct mock interviews. It includes student worksheets (“Insider Tips,” “Be a STAR!,” and “How Do I Answer This?”) plus an answer key.
