Advertising and Marketing – MS.24 – Coping With Adversity (all, IA)
This LifeKnowledge middle school lesson (MS.24, “Coping with Adversity”) teaches students to define adversity, recognize commonly perceived adversities across four categories (social, occupational, physical, and personal), and develop a personal strategy for overcoming adversity. It uses an interactive Jell-O eating activity, famous-person examples, scenario cards, and a personal flow-chart strategy assignment to help students build foundational personal-growth skills.
