Advocacy: Advocacy in Your Chapter POA
“Advocacy in Your Chapter POA” is a 30-minute FFA lesson plan that helps students integrate advocacy and literacy into their FFA chapter Program of Activities (POA). Through brainstorming a definition of advocacy and exploring the Alliance to End Hunger Advocacy Playbook with a “POA Planner: Advocacy” worksheet, students identify individual and group advocacy opportunities and plan new ways to tell the story of FFA and agriculture.
