AHS.13 Identify Resources for Continued Growth
This LifeKnowledge lesson (AHS.13) guides advanced high school students through identifying and assessing their personal resources using the SCANS (Secretary’s Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills) framework of Foundation Skills and Workplace Competencies. Students complete a self-assessment activity sheet, align their assets with SCANS requirements, and develop plans to close the gap between their current skills and the competencies needed for success in life and at work.
