This is a LifeKnowledge Advanced High School lesson (AHS.17) on developing professional growth plans. Students complete a personal/professional development worksheet to self-assess their values, goals, strengths, and constraints, then develop an action plan with steps, completion dates, and indicators for reaching short-term, long-term, personal, professional, and career goals. The lesson spans two class periods and includes activity sheets and a transparency.
