This LifeKnowledge lesson (AHS.28, “Assessing the Strengths of Others”) is an Advanced High School leadership lesson in which students learn to recognize and value the strengths of others on a team. It covers the impact of leader expectations on team performance, how to identify the talents and skills needed to accomplish a task, and the theory of multiple intelligences, personality types, and learning styles. The lesson includes interactive activities (Me-You-Us, Little Professor, Picasso Moments), transparency masters, student worksheets, and an assessment.
