AHS.45 Leading Program of Activities Development (PowerPoint)

This LifeKnowledge lesson (AHS.45) guides advanced high school agricultural education students—particularly FFA chapter officers—through the process of developing a chapter Program of Activities (POA). It covers the value and organization of a POA, selecting committee chairpersons and members, reviewing and evaluating the prior year’s POA, writing SMART goals, and writing and publishing a chapter POA using POA planning templates and forms.
