Bailey Morrell – SAE – Organic Oat Hay
This is a 45-minute lesson plan built around an SAE video featuring student Bailey Morrell, who produces certified organic oat hay. Students watch the video and complete worksheets to learn about the steps and challenges of an SAE program, the USDA process for becoming certified organic, and the differences between organic and conventional production methods.
