Chloe Jones – Grapevine Wreaths

This resource is a set of student worksheets centered on Chloe Jones’s grapevine wreath Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE). Students watch a video about her SAE and answer questions (“All About the Vine”), then research growing, caring for, and harvesting grapes using a university extension resource (“Do You Have Any Grapes?”), including completing a year-round grapevine care task chart.

Grapevine Wreaths SAE

Chloe Jones, a 12th grader from Mickman County FFA, shares her Supervised Agricultural Experience with grapevines and wreath-making. She describes her seasonal tasks, including harvesting grapes in summer and cutting vines in winter. Chloe learns about grapevine care, such as watering and disease prevention. Her work benefits the community through donations of excess fruit and sales of wreaths, bringing joy to others.
