Climate Smart Agriculture

A quick FFA lesson plan in which students watch the video “Climate-Smart Agriculture: Helping the World Produce More Food” and complete an accompanying worksheet to explore how climate change impacts global agriculture and what practices make farming more sustainable. It works as a supplemental lesson for plant science/agronomy or introductory agriculture courses and as a primer for FFA CDEs, with follow-up research activities on country-specific climate impacts and the World Bank’s role.
