Dairy Farms
This National FFA lesson plan, “Dairy Farms,” uses the VetsOnCall video “Where this pizza cheese comes from” to teach students about cheese making, the role of veterinarians and animal ultrasounds in dairy production, and agricultural careers. Students complete a Video Response worksheet and a Career Focus worksheet on animal ultrasound technicians, then reflect and extend their learning through advocacy-focused activities about food production misconceptions.
