Ethanol Activity 1

This is a student activity worksheet in which pairs of students research the history, production, usage, environmental impact, and agricultural significance of ethanol, then design and construct an educational display poster to share their findings with the class. The activity introduces ethanol as a renewable biofuel alternative energy source, including its origins (Henry Ford’s Model T), starch-based ethanol from corn, and coproducts like distillers grain.
