Ethanol Activity 2

A hands-on student lab activity in which learners ferment ethanol from crushed corn, distill the ethanol from the coproduct, and test the remaining distillers grain coproduct for protein content using biuret solution. It teaches the ethanol production process from starch and how to identify the nutrient content of ethanol coproducts. Includes a student worksheet with observation tables and analysis questions.
