Fact or Inference

“Fact or Inference” is a National FFA numeracy strategy resource that helps students clarify the accuracy of what they know versus what they assume when solving mathematical problems, since inferences can be incorrect or incomplete. It is suited to agricultural math concepts such as agricultural business management and construction measuring, and includes a “Track Your Thinking” student worksheet for recording each step of one’s mental calculations.
