Food Labels – Tell Me More

This is a 45-minute FFA lesson plan titled “Food Labels: Tell Me More” in which students examine how food labels are created, explore the unregulated use of the term “natural,” and design their own persuasive food label. It includes a student worksheet (“Food Labels—The Red Bell Pepper”) with an accompanying answer key, based on the article “5 Questions You Should Be Asking When Buying ‘Natural’ Labelled Foods.”
