Global – Food Security: Global Perspective

A 30-minute FFA lesson plan titled “Food Security: Global Perspective” that uses Elanco’s ENOUGH Report and Activity 4 to engage students in examining global food availability. Students read excerpts of the ENOUGH report, research and plan meals for families on different continents, then compare and contrast food availability across demographics and regions.
