This is a National FFA Organization LifeKnowledge high school lesson (HS.45) on goal-setting strategies. Through interactive activities, it teaches students to identify the time ranges and life areas of goals and to set S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Approved by you, Realistic, Time-Stamped) goals, then apply those criteria to develop their own personal goals.
