This LifeKnowledge high school lesson (HS.17), “How Leaders Influence Others Through Vision,” teaches students about the role of visionary leaders and how they influence others by creating, articulating, and sharing a vision. Through interactive activities—analyzing famous visionary leaders, drawing and describing visions, and small-group exercises—students learn to create a vision others can internalize and to gain buy-in from others to make a vision a reality.
