HS.2 Defining Personal Growth

This is a high school FFA LifeKnowledge lesson (HS.2, “Defining Personal Growth”) from the Introduction to Leadership, Personal Growth and Career Success unit. It teaches students to define the four areas of personal growth (body, mind, spirit, social), understand why personal growth is important, and outline basic steps for creating a personal growth plan. The lesson includes an interest approach featuring a chapter officer guest speaker, teaching content, activities, transparencies, assessments, and answer keys.
