HS.28 Understanding Self-Worth (PowerPoint)
This LifeKnowledge lesson (HS.28, “Understanding Self-Worth”) is a high school personal-development lesson in which students define self-worth, examine the factors people use to judge their own self-worth, and identify factors that raise or lower one’s perception of self-worth. It uses activities such as creating self-worth “commercials,” a color-coded hierarchy exercise, and a daily self-worth log, supported by transparencies, activity sheets, and an assessment.
