HS.42 Life Balance (PowerPoint)
This is a National FFA LifeKnowledge high school lesson (HS.42 “Life Balance”) that teaches students about achieving balance across the social/family, work/school, and personal dimensions of life. Students define a balanced life, learn its benefits (including synergy), and identify factors that contribute to balance by setting and evaluating goals in each dimension. The lesson includes an interest approach, teaching content, transparency masters, an activity sheet, and a written assessment.
