HS.57 Building Mutual Interest

This is a LifeKnowledge high school lesson (HS.57, “Building Mutual Interest”) that teaches students to define mutual interest and understand why it matters in building relationships. Through interactive activities—a classroom treasure hunt, group logo creation, and a yarn-web exercise—students explore how to connect with others on a personal level, develop new interests, respect differences, and maintain relationships. The lesson concludes with an assessment in which students create an icon-based “road map” to mutual interests.
