HS.6 Philosophies of Leadership
This is a LifeKnowledge high school lesson plan (Lesson HS.6) on Philosophies of Leadership, part of the Introduction to Leadership, Personal Growth and Career Success unit. Students define philosophy and leadership and explore the four leadership philosophies—trait approach, style approach, situational approach, and transformational leadership—then learn to identify which philosophy best fits various situations through group plays, note-taking, “Picasso Moment” drawings, and a culminating assessment.
