HS.64 Leader-Follower Relationships (PowerPoint)

This is National FFA Organization LifeKnowledge Lesson HS.64, “Leader-Follower Relationships,” a high school leadership lesson on building strong relationships between leaders and followers. Students explore the four core elements of effective leader/follower relationships (Common Purpose, Role Clarity, Acceptance & Inclusion, and Communication), identify ways both leaders and followers can build the relationship, and assess and improve a personal leader/follower relationship. The lesson includes an interest-approach mirroring activity, group flipchart work, transparency masters, activity sheets, and a true/false and short-answer assessment.
