HS.65 Defining Teamwork
This LifeKnowledge lesson (HS.65 “Defining Teamwork”) is a 50-minute high school lesson that helps students distinguish between a group and a team and understand the value of teamwork. Through an interest-approach scenario, an A-to-Z group brainstorm, a Hoosiers video clip, and discussion, students learn the defining characteristics of teams versus groups and identify six benefits of working in teams. It includes activity sheets, transparency masters, application activities, and a written matching assessment.
