HS.66 Levels of Teamwork

This is a LifeKnowledge high school FFA leadership lesson (HS.66 “Levels of Teamwork”) that teaches the four stages of team development—forming, storming, norming, and performing. Students learn to describe each level, identify reasons for recognizing the levels, and identify actions that affect team development at each stage, using a team timeline activity, transparencies, and reflective discussion. The lesson includes application activities and a written assessment.
