HS.68 Defining Roles on Teams
This LifeKnowledge lesson (HS.68 “Defining Roles on Teams”) teaches students about the different roles people play on teams, distinguishing task-oriented roles (such as Contributor, Information Seeker, and Energizer) from human relations-oriented roles (such as Encourager, Harmonizer, and Gatekeeper). Through activities like a restaurant concept-web, a “go get it” room search, and a dice review game, students learn the 12 roles and identify which roles they themselves fill on teams they are part of.
