HS.78 Dealing With Non-Team Players (PowerPoint)

This LifeKnowledge high school lesson (HS.78, “Dealing with Non-Team Players”) teaches students to identify team-member behaviors that hinder a team’s success and to develop growth plans for non-team players. Through a role-playing “spoiler” activity, note-taking, and paired growth-plan development, students explore eight non-team behaviors (Dominator, Blocker, Aggressor, Distracter, Self-confessor, Avoider, Recognition Seeker, Credit Hound) and how to address them. It includes teacher masters, student activity sheets, application activities, and a written assessment.
