Job Interview: Be a STAR

“Be a STAR!” is a 30-minute FFA lesson plan that teaches students the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method for answering behavioral and situational interview questions. Students watch a video, then use a worksheet to draft STAR-method responses to common interview questions and discuss why the method is effective.
