Josh Greene SAE – Urban Rabbits
This FFA lesson plan, “Urban SAE – Rabbits,” uses a video about a student named Josh who breeds and sells rabbits as his Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) in an urban backyard setting in Louisville, Kentucky. Students watch the video, design a backyard layout to house rabbits and other items, and evaluate scenarios to determine the best-fitting SAE. It includes a student worksheet and answer key, and works well within an SAE unit or an animal science/small animal lesson.
