Laws – Building a Relationship with a Mentor-Coach
This is a National FFA Organization LifeKnowledge lesson (HS.49, “Building a Relationship with a Mentor”) that teaches high school students how to develop a productive mentor/protégé relationship. Students identify the qualities of such relationships, establish the parameters for them, and create a signed action plan with goals to guide their mentoring experience. The lesson includes interest approaches, activity sheets, transparency masters, a written test, and an authentic assessment rubric.
